My 20 year old AC unit stopped working. They came out the same day and gave me a quote to repair the unit but due to its age I wanted to replace the unit. They came out the next day and provided me a written quote on a replacement the same day. I got a quote from other company who just wanted me to sign a contract on an iPad without sending a copy of the quote to me. Best by Farr was HALF the price of their competitor for equipment of the same stats. They did not push for me to sign right away or get an “deluxe package” Chris also gave us an affordable alternative to adding AC to our newly enclosed carport by adding a mini split to the room. They were professional and respectful of my home and completed the work in a timely manner.
